Welcome to Côté Chic, our gorgeous beach House in the heart of Orient Beach, ocean front, in a small complex Caribbean style with a great pool.
2 mn walk from the most beautiful beach of the Caribbean via a private path, 3 mn walk from the Village Square with its 9 restaurants, its supermarket, the bakery for the breakfast and small shops, you are in the perfect location for your vacation.
And, if you like to live "au naturel", Club O, the nude beach is 5 mn walk along the shore

The entrance is at level O : the living room with its open kitchen and the dining area are open on the garden, you live inside and outside in a large living space.
The kitchen is full equipped, washing machine/dryer, dish washer, large fridge +freezer, micro-wave, Nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster... and all you need to cook.

In the living room, 2 sofas are facing, a flat TV with satellite, a DVD player, a dock for your Iphone, a desk area with speed you need to relax and stay in contact with your family and friends (and work sometimes!)... and a white piano!
Upstairs, you will find your bedroom with a king size bed, with a brand new pilow-top mattress for exquisite sleeping confort and unforgettable nights, large closets, vanity, ensuite bathroom and separate toilets.

Summary: This is a beautiful property - very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. The property has beautiful outdoor space where we enjoyed eating breakfast and the view from the upstairs balcony is fabulous! The central location on Orient Beach was hard to beat. It was a 2-minute walk out to the beach and about a 5-minute walk to Orient Bay Village which had a great selection of restaurants to choose for dinner. We rented a car, but for those considering not renting one, this location is perfect, One of the very nice touches is that the host provided us with "complimentary" passes to 4 of the beach restaurants, which provided us with 2 free lounge chairs and an umbrella as long as we spent $30/day at the restaurant in drinks and food. This was not particularly difficult to do. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning of the main level of the unit which worked sporadically despite our hosts coming into adjust it. The only other annoying minor issue is that we had to request additional bathroom tissue paper, the host was very responsive.
